Asked to expand an existing lower level into the hillside was no small task. The program included a new kitchen, mudroom, large laundry room, new bathroom, and a guest friendly living room, dining area and a separate space for kids homework.The living room now serves as the family media center with a large TV. As an added feature the area adjacent to the kitchen was made into a wine room. The entry to this space feature a vintage door with a covered lounge area.
