This new structure replaces a 50’s Ranch Style house that our family outgrew. The challenges were significant given the small lot and set-back requirements. By carefully space planning the main level into an open plan, we achieved a house that “lives” larger than it's 1783 square feet suggest. The house has a master suite plus an additional three bedrooms and two full baths.The outside is an oasis of greenery and water.
